Product animations for Dunzo
During my early foray into the field of design, I was entrusted with the task of animating Dunya, the mascot of Dunzo. This endeavor significantly enhanced the user experience by infusing a delightful and engaging element into the platform. The animations I created became a noteworthy milestone for Dunzo, drawing considerable attention not only within the platform but also on various social media channels, further contributing to the brand's visibility and positive reception.

Onboarding screens (Merchant App)
Waiting to accept your order (User App)
In peak hours, we faced the challenge of communicating to users that the merchant was currently busy but reassured them that their order would still be handled with the utmost priority. To address this, we sought a
visual solution to effectively convey this message and ensure a positive user experience.
Address Alert (User App)
In certain situations, our partners encounter challenges with delivering to incorrect addresses, leading to substantial daily losses for Dunzo. To mitigate this issue, users will now receive an interrupt banner prompting them to verify their delivery address before placing an order. This measure aims to enhance address accuracy and reduce the occurrence of delivery mishaps, ultimately safeguarding Dunzo's business interests.

Enhance Delivery Partners' Tips with Illustrated Order Tracking Screen
To create an engaging order tracking screen, we aimed to capture users' attention without causing boredom. To achieve this, we decided to incorporate interesting facts about our delivery partners. This not only adds an element of intrigue for users but also serves as a creative way to keep them entertained while tracking their orders.
